Sr. Vice President, Development

Ki joined Legado in 2014. As Sr. Vice President of Development, Ki is in charge of all facets of development from acquisition to pre-development to construction and to marketing. During his career in the real estate industry for the past several decades, Ki has developed/managed over $3 billion of residential, urban mixed-use and commercial real estate, including offices, retail, and hospitality.

Prior to Legado, Ki was a Vice President at Samsung  Construction & Engineering, managing overseas projects in the Asia Pacific area. Prior to Samsung C&T, Ki had taken various positions in  real estate firms in California including Council Rock Partners, The Martin Group, Gilmore Associates and K. Young Development.

Ki received his Master of  Real  Estate  Development from the  University of Southern California. He also received his Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from HongIk University in Seoul, Korea.

He holds a California Architect, General Contractor, and a Real Estate Broker License.
