Senior Construction Project Manager

Costin joined Legado in 2018 and oversees all construction aspects for company projects, from design to execution. His construction experience spans over 46 years, 14 in Europe and 32 in the United States.

Prior to Legado Costin worked for Goldrich & Kest Management, TIS, and the Landmark Group.

Born and raised in Romania, Costin graduated from the Civil & Structural Construction University in Bucharest. Costin holds a CA General Contractor license.
